Project Description

Avani Hotel Mooloolaba is set to deliver a new benchmark in Hotel offering to the Sunshine Coast. The architecture intends to deliver a relaxed contemporary feel whilst ensuring that the high level of design detail provides a seamless guest experience.

The Hotel comprises of 182 Guest Rooms set over 13 levels with supporting Hotel Facilities inc Rooftop Pool, Restaurant, Conference Facilities, Day Spa, Lobby Bar and Retail Shops.

Construction is now underway with completion scheduled for Q2 2026.

DPC oversaw the design development of the project, facilitated the development of the KPAT construction team and will have an ongoing role to oversee the execution of the design and delivery of the project on behalf of KPAT.
