Development of a standalone 3400m2 Officeworks Store in Portsmith Cairns.

DPC along with its investment partners is delivering the New Officeworks Cairns. Set on an 8380m2 site with 87 car parks and tropical landscaping the store is the largest in Queensland.

Presently under construction with completion scheduled for Q1 2025.
